Vissney Building Paint, a trusted professional manufacturer with 12 years of experience in water-based architectural coatings and a founding team with over 20 years of industry expertise, was honored to be invited to participate in the WORLDBEX exhibition in Manila on March 21, 2025. This participation is part of Vissney's strategic initiative to expand into the Southeast Asian market and deepen collaboration with the local construction sector.
Upon arrival, the team immersed themselves in studying the Philippine architectural environment and market needs. They visited iconic landmarks such as the Manila Metropolitan Theater, SM Mall of Asia, and the Basilica del Santo Niño in Cebu, discovering a significant demand for high-performance, eco-friendly coatings—particularly texture paints and lime wash—suitable for both residential and commercial projects.
At the exhibition, Vissney showcased 54 meticulously crafted sample boards featuring seven flagship product lines: the three-dimensional Q1 Velvet series, versatile 6G multi-substrate coatings, waterproof microcement, eco-friendly lime wash paint, durable stone paints, superior weather-resistant texture paints, and visually striking multicolor stone coatings.
The booth drew a diverse audience, including architecture and interior design students, as well as local contractors. These interactions led to engaging technical discussions, on-site photo documentation, and several promising follow-up negotiations.
Post-exhibition market analysis revealed rapid growth in urban infrastructure, commercial real estate, and high-end residential developments in the Philippines. This highlights substantial future opportunities for exterior texture coatings, microcement, waterproof coatings, and other eco-friendly solutions.
